Investigation of Kinetic Mechanism of Colemanite in Sodiumbisulfate Solution

Colemanite (2CaO.3B2O3.5H2O) is a type of boron mineral that found in various regions our country excess compared to the world and at same time has high commercial value. In this study, effects solid / liquid ratio, acid concentration, particle size, mixing speed reaction temperature parameters dissolution kinetics colemanite sodium bisulfate solution were investigated. According experimental results, it was determined as solubility ascends with enhancement temperature, decreases increment size solid/liquid ratio. Additionally, effect on positive up 350 rpm negative values after approximately rpm. Experimental data analyzed according unreacted nuclei model for fixed particles.
